SATURDAY Luncheon - 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Join us as we welcome 60 authors to Wisconsin for an afternoon luncheon filled with fun, gift bags full of books and door prizes.
We will also be raffling off wonderful donations and many baskets filled with books and other items. Not only will you enjoy lunch at an author table, but this event includes a book signing with Keynote, Meg Tilly and the 59 additional best selling, award winning and debut authors attending. Book signing open to the public from 3:30-4:30 pm.
This annual luncheon was a dream of Barbara Vey and has become an international event, not to be missed! Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Cynthia’s Breast Cancer Giving Circle.

Keynote Speaker: Meg Tilly
Meg Tilly may be best known for her acclaimed Golden Globe-winning lead performance in the movie Agnes of God. Other screen credits include The Big Chill, Valmont, and more recently, Bomb Girls, and Netflix’s movie War Machine, starring Brad Pitt. After publishing six standout young adult and literary women’s fiction novels, the award-winning author/actress decided to write the kind of books she loves to read–romance novels. Tilly has three grown children and resides with her husband in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently at work writing the next Solace Island novel.

Elaine is excited to announce that she will be one of the authors at the Barbara Vey's Reader's Luncheon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, April 28-30. She was on top of the moon when Barbara told her she had listed her as one of the attending authors.This is such a big honor to be included. She is already working on her table decorations and reader gifts.
Bartlett Citizens' Police Academy
Next year, If accepted, Elaine will be attending the Bartlett Citizens' Police Academy. She will receive some of the training our policemen receive. The students get to ride along with a cop and shoot at their range. It'll be fun using what she’s learned in her books.

Elaine will be at Novel Experience in Atlanta, Georgia from April 7-11, 2016.
The Novel Experience Event will include book signings, parties and craziness

This fun-filled family event will kick-off on Friday evening with a midway carnival, vendors and live musical entertainment starting at 6:30 p.m.
Then come back for Saturday's events that will include an amateur BBQ cooking contest, musical stages, arts & crafts, a car show, children's activities, food and much more. The perfect place to spend an autumn weekend.
